Shipping policy
Order Processing Time We know you are excited to restore your leather and wood items! All orders are processed and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Available Shipping Methods and Rates We currently offer the following shipping options for our customers:
- Expedited Shipping: $4.95 CAD
- FREE Expedited Shipping: Automatically applied to all multi-jar Bundles.
Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 6 business days based on your location within Canada and the USA. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be subject to carrier delays outside of our control.
Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. We are working hard to expand our reach and offer Oak & Amber globally in the near future.
Delivery Issues If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, or if your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at support@tryoakandamber.com with your name and order number. We will look into it and make it right for you.
