To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original packaging along with any accessories (such as the applicator brush) included in your order.

- Our customer service team will reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack the items securely and drop them off at the designated shipping carrier.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Time If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included.
